Zumba last night was alright.  Staci and I got our workout in and did pretty well.  She was talking about going again this evening.  I'm kind of on the fence about that.  I'd like to workout more than just the one time a week. Exercise
I walked around my classroom for 15 minutes yesterday morning.  I walked all around the lunchroom yesterday while doing lunch duty.  I did a 30 minute walk yesterday after school.  All of which were very nice.  I especially enjoyed the after school walk.  It relaxed me and got me focused on the music I need to work on for the USO Veteran's ( Read more... )
